Worked with Alex Aguayo, Jr. He never sent me any information he said he would, he gave me the wrong price on my insurance when I renewed (he never asked the basic question of if any of my information had changed, like my address) and when I refused to pay more after having paid my bill in full (as my statement said), they cancelled my insurance. If you like being ignored, lied to, and ripped off, shop here!(would give 0 stars but that's not an option - also, this was who I had my Mercury car insurance through)
This company would not give me my refund after I canceled my insurance and they rip me off for my payment of that month.They gave my wife the run around . They also told me I would get are a refund within 2 weeks it was a lie.I would never get Mercury Insurance again.. I also would never use this company again.
