Horrible customer service please avoid this place, had some simple questions and Shamra L. Meza simply gave attitude and no useful responses. All she said was to go back to our agent where we bought our coverage from. Not a helpful agent.

the office staff (Oscar & Shamra) are always very helpful and patient I have been with this office for years, their customer service is what makes me stay loyal to them
I HAVE FOUND THE MEZA ALLSTATE AGENCY IN POMONA TO BE A VERY CARRING AND CAPABLE PROFESSIONALS ALWAYS WILLING TO GO OUT OF THIER WAY TO HELP ALL WETHER THEY ARE AGENCY CLIENTS OR NOT .I WOULD SURELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL WHO ARE OF AUTO OR HOME INSURANCE OR JUST NEED HELP
