Vickki answered when I called to inquirer about a raise in my premium. I was angry and Vickki quickly assured me that there was an error and I would be refunded. The error made was partially my fault due to filling out a form incorrectly, but Vickki never blamed me. I was no longer angry, but content knowing that my premium would be lowered and I would be reimbursed after electronically resubmitting the form with no errors this time. I received the email with the form seconds after hanging up the phone. Before hanging up Vickki said shed call me at the end of the week to confirm my refund. She did call in the time frame stated and a refund has been issued. Thank you Vickki and Miguel!
