Bad workers and disrespectful
Warning!!! stay away once you have a claim thats NOT your fault theyre trying everything they can do.... lie and fraud you make you responsible and put the blame on you they dont give no effort whatsoever of trying to prove the other party wrong so you have to pay your deductible and lose it and be blamed even if its somebody elses fault, and my cars just sitting for weeks at the bodys shop just for Fred loya to get there to get a body damage price estimate Plus another month just to fix with no car rental coverage Fred Loya dont offer.. STAY AWARE zero stars
The lady is very selfish, and does'nt helps at all
The lady told us she couldn't help us cause it was closing time after being there waiting for 30 min. We end up going to a different location.
