Shawn was able to match the competitors mileage price and give me a great deal on the box truck i rented. I am very satisfied with the service and professionalism i was provided. Shawn is such a good friendly person! i work for a business near him and my client got lost, ended up at uhaul asking for directions. and you know what Shaun did? He drove and helped my customer find us! I mean to a regular person itll be different but Shawn is a gem! Hes kind and friendly with his customers. I and my client was neither a customer and he helped us!!!!! 100 stars to Shawn!!!!!!
We're currently in the process of moving and we had to pickup a truck and dolley from the nearby Chino Hills location, and additional moving equipment from Shawn in Pomona. There was a maintenance issue with my truck rental, so they called to let me know that I'd have to go to the Upland location and they'd take care of the mileage difference. I called the Upland store to confirm the new pickup location and a less than enthusiastic, almost sarcastic, woman "helped" answer my questions. I then called Pomona to confirm that my order was still there and Shawn happily answered all of my questions. Of all the representatives that helped me over the phone, he was the most pleasant and willing to help. I asked if he happened to have any trucks available because I'd much rather deal with his customer service. He unfortunately had none, but he understood my problem and said he'd call me back in 5 minutes to see if there were any around him. He called back in 5 minutes and had a truck for me 2 miles from his shop! He took care of the new reservation and everything went smoothly. I had a great experience because of him and I'd highly recommend going to see him!Thanks again for everything Shawn!
