I rent a storage for my sister. The customer service are great! It is nice and clean! It is was surrounded with lot of trees, fence , I feel very safe, secure with this self storage. It is nearby my home also. I like it!

Putting everything in storage for a year to save for a house!! ! Found this great place and it was super clean! Feel safe & secure leaving our home here! Edgar was very helpful & friendly! Cant recommend this place enough and ALL INDOORS!!!

I just had a great experience in renting through Pomona 71 Storage. Edgar the manager there was helpful and walked me through the process. He keeps a clean environment and really cares about the well being of the storage units. He honored the original price and made the process quite seamless. He also gave some tips which I appreciated. The unit is convenient and safe. They have cameras that are monitored and recorded along with on site security. They care about the safety of their customers possessions that are on site. . After looking at many different storage places, I thought I would try this one and I am glad I did. I give them five-stars and they deserve each one!

They give you one price and once you are in they will charge more than what you were told. They supposedly have a deal where if you bring a new customer you will get a discount which we never got. They charge an arm and a leg. If I could I would rate this company a 0. If you have more than 1 storage unit be very careful because they will charge a late fee for the unit that isn't due at that time.
