Ive avoided going to the dentist for a long time because of past experiences but my wife recently found a dentist that she really liked and she encouraged me to try them out. I was really surprised by how much I actually enjoyed my visit. I had X-rays and a cleaning done and as soon as I entered the office everyone was very kind and professional. After the x-rays Dr. Awad talked to me about some potential cavities and he could have easily suggested they work on them but instead he encouraged me to first try to resolve them with some over the counter solutions in an attempt to avoid drilling and filling the cavities. I appreciated this because I felt he actually had my best interests in mind. My cleaning was done by Carlos and it was actually an enjoyable experience, which is something I never thought Id say about a dentist appointment. There was no pain, it was actually kind of relaxing. I dont write many reviews, this may be my second but I think its important to review a place when the experience is such a positive one. Even if youre happy with your current dentist, I would highly recommend trying Pomona Dentistry out.
This place is definitely a 5 star. I have a fear of dentists but Dr.Noor was very professional and made my visit as comfortable as possible. With the awesome technology, I was able to get my crown the same day. I just found my dentist for life. Carlos, the hygienist, was amazing as well. You cant go wrong coming here!!
Amazing and friendly staff. The office is also very clean and nice. I love that the appointments are always on time. Dr. Paul and Dr. Vora (not sure if I spelt her name correct) are both really great at what they do, while making you feel comfortable. I definitely recommend this dental office!!!
I would like to thank Dr. Paul Awad and his wonderful staff for the excellent work during my office visit. I went in for an implant restoration, and the office has the most up to date technology helping make some of the most heinous tasks, like x-rays and teeth molds, a much quicker and easier process. Dr. Paul Awad and all the office staff were so nice and professional; they make you feel comfortable from moment you walk through the door to the moment you leave. I highly recommend this office whether you need simple or extensive work done.
Excellent customer service. They always greet me with a smile. Very short wait time. Dr. Awad will answer all your questions and treat you like family. Honest, fair and they have the latest technology. I will keep recommending this place to my friends and coworkers. Thank you!
