This station is so unsafe and security on the transit center do not let you in to wait for train seeing how unsafe it is at night almost got rob for a luggage had to call Amtrak to complain thats the only way the security let me in the waiting room..specially with children and seeing so many homeless ppl and thugs hanging around the bus station love the train but gotta do something better to the safety of the passengers waiting there and that brige no lights and there is no door to get thru the platform if you arrive on bus or taxi only thru transit center..wich they do not let you in even after you showed them your reservation.
If only it operated more! Got me into LA faster than the SB line, and can get you to Ontario airport easily
Unflushed Toilet.Thats the best way I can sum it up. Full of human waste in all forms. I recommend sandblasting with lots of bleach. Immediately. What do we pay taxes for again?
The service is fine, but the station consistently smells like urine. I think it's partly because of one of the plants on the grounds smells similar to it, but in the stairwells around the train station it is most definitely because the homeless use them as bathrooms and no one wants to clean it up.
1 am there at 6 am. There is this security guard that sits in the middle of the one and only bench in the waiting area. He looks at his cell phone most of the time. I don' t feel comfortable sitting on the bench beside him.
