The staff was very helpful troubleshooting my electric system issues!
They are usually good if you go to the store, but if you order online and expect to save some time, don't count on them. Last couple of times I tried, they still didn't have my parts pulled after about an hour from the time I placed the order. I guess they aren't good at checking the online orders.
These guys are the greatest there's a couple of people in there that are awesome super awesome well they're people you don't get too many of those, especially Dana that guy is the greatest

The worst customer service EVER. I will be calling the District manager to let him know on how poorly his people do with customers. If he doesnt fix it I will go to corporate. They have a poor attitude, poorly knowledgeable, well what did you expect when you pay minimum wages... will not return...we have Pep-boys who do have a better service level and Rallys who are more knowledgeable than this wannabe auto guys. I wish I could give no stars but I cant.
