Richard provided timely and efficient service to several repairs, while saving me money by recommending that he not do some of the repairs I suggested as they were not needed. I will ask him back to repair shower valves in the near future.
Contacted Richard with renowned plumbing via google maps and he came out to assist us with our sewer back up this evening. Richard came across roots in our line while running the rooter machine and provided us with a free camera inspection to show us the break in our sewer line. After receiving his estimate, my wife and I proceeded to get two more quotes and Richard was by far the best estimate. I can definitely say that Richard and his company went above and beyond us and do not take advantage of us just because of situation that we are in. Our sewer line is finally all repaired and we couldnt thank him and his team enough.By the way, he even gave me a military discount for serving in the armed forces. Thank god for them answering after hours. I called numerous companies and either received their voicemail or a call center representative stating someone would called me back. My water heater bursted and was flooding out my garage. I found Renowned Plumbing on google and gave them a call. Richard picked up right away and guided me where to shut the water off until he arrived. He bypassed our hot water tank so that we could at least have water to use the restroom through out the night until he returned to replace our unit the following morning.
