This stores is the best. Once you walk in the door they are there to help, very knowledgeable. What I noticed, the prices are comparable to other Hardware Stores. To re key your lock to match your other locks in your home is less expensive than Lowes. I like they work as a team. One suggestion I learned, take pictures of what you are replacing. I was visiting in the area and helping a relative with a door repair in preparation for a large event. Locksmith said he didn't have the parts.The latch needs to be replaced, but is a special order 5 days out, and the guys there helped me figure out a same day work around to function in the interim.I think the names were Eddie and Steve, anyway everyone was especially helpful. Strong recommendation.
