This is a great place to get a whole body workout and, if you cultivate focus and pay attention, learn some boxing technique. Classes are 45 min., and you move constantly. Exercises include various calisthenics, drills w/gloves on, jumping rope, and sets of activities customized for you in consultation with the coaches. V. clean, and you can take as many classes as you want for a monthly fee. Great instructors for kids!
Awesome gym. Family friendly and for all levels. I joined early this year. Best decision so far for my health. Instructors are encouraging and patient with you till you reach your goals. I have lost weight and increased my energy levels since joining this gym. The people who attend this gym also are friendly and great to workout with.
