Asked employee a question, said not my department and walked away
Im a bit frustrated! My boyfriend and I came in to try and make a car payment,as we do every other week, and we got a bit confused when the cashier told us we needed some kind of a billing stub to pay for our car payment.. First of all the cashier was a bit rude and when she went to go get the manager, John, she mustve said something wrong about us to him because he ended up approaching us in a rude way. We have not once been told we need some kind of stub to pay for a car payment this guy was making us seem like we dont know what we are talking about and said how he doesnt know how weve been getting away with that ! We have done it the way we have been for years at this exact location dont say something like that ! Get better management and better employees, clearly you dont know what you are doing. We just went to another Walmart and they seemed to have allowed us to do it the way we been doing it for years! So tell us again what your policy is ?!?!
