This had been my go to car wash for a while and due to consistent, rude customer service from the cashier, I went elsewhere. I decided after 6 mo to try it again and was given the same treatment. As I was getting a soft drink, I let the cashier know she could help the next customer waiting. Instead, the other customer waited and she rudely stated, Im waiting for her! I apologized to the customer and paid. I noticed signs everywhere, stating a claim check was necessary, but did not receive one. I went to the cashier and asked about it and she rudely snapped back that she had given me one. I went through the change she had given me and let her know I did not have one. She wrote some information on a slip of paper and handed it to me, sighed and said just use this. I gave it more than one star because there are hard working people here. There is a sign outside that says we take pride in the service we provide. I dont get that impression. I will not be back.
$18 for a wash inside and out. They have these awesome massage chairs $1 for 5 min. So three back rubs later, you're feeling relaxed and your car's clean! Cool little Mexican shop next door to kill time too!
